Terms of Service
Effective June 15, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Admissionary (the “Service”), a customer-relationship-management platform for independent educational consultants. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a firm, you represent that you are authorized to bind that firm.
2. The Service
Admissionary lets consultants manage students and contacts, college lists, files, scheduling, messaging, billing, and a public directory profile. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for obtaining any consents required to store information about students, parents, and other third parties.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. The Service stores certain third-party application credentials on your behalf in encrypted form; you remain responsible for the lawful use of those credentials and for complying with the terms of the services they access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to probe or disrupt it, submitting unlawful or infringing content, uploading malware, scraping, or submitting automated or abusive requests to public forms. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect the Service and its users.
5. Customer data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service and to engage the third-party processors described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on prospective renewals with reasonable notice.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example, email, SMS, payment processing, and cloud hosting). Your use of those features may be subject to the third party’s own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period and then delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
